Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a placeholder pending final business and legal review. They describe expected use of ASR Portal and include SMS verification terms for account security.

Portal Use

ASR Portal is intended for authorized brokerage, agent, assistant, manager, and administrator users. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

SMS Verification Terms

ASR Portal sends transactional SMS messages for account security. Messages may include one-time verification codes used for sign-in, first-login multi-factor authentication setup, SMS MFA enrollment, or MFA settings changes. SMS messages are not used for marketing.

By entering or confirming your mobile number in ASR Portal and choosing SMS verification, you agree to receive one-time SMS verification codes from ASR Portal at that number. Consent to SMS verification is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on login and security activity. A typical verification event sends one message per request. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. If you opt out of SMS, you may be unable to use SMS-based multi-factor authentication and may need to use another available authentication method or contact your broker or administrator for account help.

Carrier Notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability.
