Accessibility

ASR Portal is intended to be usable by brokers, assistants, agents, and administrators across desktop and mobile devices. We aim to support accessible, predictable, and readable experiences while continuing to improve the portal as features are updated.

Accessibility Goals

We work toward generally recognized accessibility practices, including clear headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable color contrast, descriptive link text, labeled form fields, responsive layouts, and compatibility with common assistive technologies where practical.

Supported Experience

  • Navigation and form controls are designed to work with a keyboard where possible.
  • Dark and light display modes are available for users who prefer different visual contrast.
  • Pages are designed to adapt to smaller screens without requiring horizontal scrolling for normal use.
  • Important images, icons, and interface controls should include useful labels or text alternatives.

Known Limitations

Some documents, uploaded files, third-party services, maps, payment screens, or browser extensions may not be fully controlled by ASR Portal. When we learn about an accessibility barrier in portal-controlled content, we will review it and prioritize reasonable improvements.
